Orders placed during this Covid-19 times (March 9th 2020 – Current day) that request an order cancel due to any delays will have a 25% restocking fee placed – per item requested for refund and cancelation.

Once a subscription is started it is an agreement between you [the customer] and NutrimentRx that you are agreeing to a subscription with NutrimentRx.
Subscriptions can be changed to:
- Monthly (Every Month)
- Every Other Month (Bi Monthly)
- Every Third month. (Quarterly)
This request needs to be made via out Chat support with a simple request.
Cancelations of Subscriptions can happen at any time made via support chat and take 30 days from request to complete.
Multiple Subscription Orders:
If you have multiple subscription: All reorder days will be adjusted to reorder on the same day of the month.
